报告摘要:
Homomorphic encryption is a form of encryption that allows computation on ciphertexts, generating an encrypted result which, when decrypted, matches the result of the operations as if they had been performed on the plaintext. The purpose of homomorphic encryption is to allow computation on encrypted data. In this talk, I would like to intrduce what is fully homomorphic encryption, why homomorphic is very very important and how to build the fully homomorphic encryption.
报告人简介:
Dr. Linzhi Jiang received his Ph.D. from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Intel Scholar Fellowship in 2015. He works as Researcher in China, and is the Research Fellow at University of Surrey now. His research interests include Lattice-based Cryptography, Fully Homomorphic Encryption, IoT Security, Trusted Computing, QR Cryptography, Big Data and Cloud Computing Security. He has published about 15 papers in Top IEEE Journals and Conference and is PI about 8 funds including NFSC in China. Dr. Linzhi Jiang is the initiator and organizer of several International Conferences. He also is the PC Member about 10 International Conference and reviewers 12 Top IEEE Journals and Conferences.
